G.O.L.F. Outing Sales Pitch

Shaker Hills is a premier golf outing destination. We give all our clients exceptional service and are happy to assist or offer advice when needed. We do this year round, not just on the day or days leading up to your event.

To ensure you and your customers, clients or employees have the greatest time here at Shaker Hills, we only host one outing per day. Your event is very special to us and we take pride in giving all our guests a very positive experience.

Our service is only one reason to love us! Shaker Hills is situated on 200+ acres of manicured grounds that start at the club house and continue throughout all 18 holes of championship golf. Your guests will arrive to valet club service and a place to check-in conveniently located within walking distance to our warm up facilities and practice putting green. Upon completion of play, your guests will gather in our spacious ballroom to enjoy a delicious meal prepared by our very own Executive Chef. If there is one thing we can promise, it's "We add the G.O.L.F. to your outing!"

Golf Outings Rates 2022

Booking Dates:

  • Golf outings of 100 or more players may book up to 2 years in advance.
  • Golf outings of 60-99 players may book up to 1 year in advance.
  • Small groups with 16-56 players may book up to 2 months in advance.

Each outing includes the following:

  • 18 Holes of Championship Golf
  • Golf Cart (priced at 2 players per cart)
  • Range Balls Included with Complimentary Access to the Practice Facilities prior the Round
  • Scorecards, Carts Signs & Rules Sheets
  • Up to (2) Registration Tables with Linen
  • Up to (2) Committee / Volunteer Carts
  • Pro Shop Merchandise Credit (Valued at $10/player) – May be used for prizes or gifts
  • On-Course Contest Equipment (Long Drive, Closest to the Pin, Etc.)
  • Tournament Scoring
  • Includes tax and $1.50 per player cart staff gratuity
  • Charity events will receive a complimentary foursome to raffle off. Form (ST-2) Required

 

Base Rate / Additional Golfer Rate

Base Rate = Minimum package price that covers up to the first 60 golfers.

Additional Golfer Rate = This is the discounted per player rate you will pay for additional golfers above the first 60

Monday & Tuesday: $6,750 / $89

Wednesday: $7,250 / $89

Thursday: $8,000 / $99

Friday: $9,000 / $119

Special Saturday, Sunday, & Holiday Rate: $30,000

This special rate gets you a shotgun package for up to 144 golfers at the start time of your choosing.

Food Minimums

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday = $20 per golfer

Thursday & Friday = $30 per golfer

Saturday, Sunday & Holiday’s = $5,000

Catering Alternative

Looking for additional food options? Ask about our preferred catering companies.

Fee’s to use a catering service

The Contractee will work directly with the catering company for menu selection and pricing.

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday = $14 per person

Thursday & Friday = $20 per person

Saturday, Sunday & Holiday’s = $3,000

A $300 Venue Fee also applies to all catered golf events

 


Small Group Rates 2021

16 to 56 players

Each small group rate includes the following:

  • 18 Holes of Championship Golf
  • Golf Cart (priced at 2 players per cart)
  • Range Balls Included with Complimentary Access to the Practice Facilities prior the Round
  • Includes tax and $1.50 per player cart staff gratuity
  • F&B Minimums are Waived for Small Golf Groups

Standard Prices are per player (9am Shotgun / Tee Time)

Pricing is subject to fluxuate based on demand.

Monday: $105 / $95

Tuesday: $91 / $82

 Wednesday: $108 / $97

Thursday: $113 / $100

Friday: $126 / $113

Saturday, Sunday & Holiday’s: $150 (Tee Times Only)

Scoring Option: For small groups, Shaker Hills can provide scoring, scorecards, cart signs and a rules sheet for an additional $10 per player ($250 minimum) which will be returned as golf shop merchandise credit. Groups who select this option will have access to our On-Course Contest Equipment (Long Drive, Closest to the Pin) at no fee.

***Small golf groups must adhere to our standard pace of play policy of 4.5 hours. Small groups will only be booked in multiples of 4 (16, 20, 24, 28, 32, etc.). Buffer fees may apply on weekends or during busy times of the week.

  

All F&B pricing is subject to a 7% Tax, 12% Gratuity and 10% Admin Fee
