Four-Month Payment Plan: Customers may pay for their membership in full or choose a Four-Month Payment Plan. If the Four-Month Payment Plan is chosen, a non-refundable 5% Fee is due at the time of signing up and is based on the total amount of membership being split into (4) monthly payments. Your first monthly payment will be due on the 1st of the month following your signed membership application. Payments are due on the first of the month for (4) consecutive months unless paid off early. There is no penalty for paying off your membership early, but no refund will be applied from the original 5% payment plan fee. A credit card must be used for this option. Shaker Hills management will charge this card on file for the amount due on or after the 1st of each month until paid in full.
- Late Payments: Payments are due on the first of the month, (4) consecutive months in a row after signing the application. If your card is declined or you are unable to make payment, your account will be frozen, and your playing privileges will stop immediately until payment is received. All future bookings will be removed from the tee sheet. Payments that are (1) month past due will incur a 5% Monthly Late Fee Penalty. This fee will be added to that month’s payment until paid off in full.
