Registration/Sign-up Deadline: April 30th @ 5PM (or when full) 

Format:  9 Hole Match Play (Front 9) - All Members are welcome to participate however all matches must be held during Twilight Member playing times (after 4pm until September which is 3pm).

Entry Fee: $40. The golf shop will charge your card on file for this event fee once registration closes. No payment will be collected during the online sign-up process.

Max Field: 32 Players (Need at least 24 participants for event to run)

Tee Selection: When registering you must select the tee you will play from which will not change throughout the competition. Players choice, no age or playing ability restrictions. Handicaps will adjust based on tee selected.

• Men: White, Blue or Blue/White Combo Tee
• Women: Green, White or Green/White Combo Tee 

Match Play Seeding: Once registration is full or closed, players will be seeded randomly by the computer into the match play brackets. Brackets will be emailed to the field after registration is complete.

Please note that an email with your contact information (name, phone & email) will be sent to the entire field so that you can contact your next opponent to set up matches.

Match Play Deadlines: No Match Extensions Shall Be Granted

• 6/9      1^st Round Deadline
• 7/7       2^nd Round Deadline
• 8/4        3^rd Round Deadline 
• 8/25      4th Round Deadline
• 9/22      Final Round Deadline

Handicaps/Scorecards:  9 Hole Match Play - An 18 Hole Scorecard will be given just in case extra holes are needed in sudden death.

• Twilight Cup: Handicaps will be at 100% (max handicap is 36/18 for 9)
• Matches will be stroked off the low player in the group.
• ***If the match is tied after 9 holes, players will continue to the 10th hole to start suddent death (not back to the first tee).
• All handicaps will be locked for each round using the revision on the following dates: April 30, June 9, July 7, August 4 & August 25. Scorecards will be prepared for the next round of matches after the previous round concludes. Scorecards will be printed and available in the golf shop upon request. 

Score Posting:  This is to be entered as a Regular Score (non-competition).
