Regular Tee Time Policy

• Tee times are accepted up to seven days in advance by calling (978) 772-3330 ext. 1 or by using our online reservation system.
• Tee Times may be booked online or by calling Shaker Hills Pro Shop at (978) 772-3330 ext. 1 
• Strict 24-hour cancelation policy. No shows & late cancellations will be charged.
• Online reservations require a credit card to hold the reservation. Players may check in and pay separately the day of. 
• Phone reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
• Download the Shaker Hills app and get a FREE Shaker Pass to receive 8-day advance bookings!

Advance Tee Times  (Non-Refundable Fees will Apply)

• Public tee times may now be reserved 8 to 90 days in advance!
• Non-Refundable Advance Tee Time Fees by Customer Class
• Public =  $30 per player.
• Shaker Pass = $25 per player
• Member = $15 per player
• Advance Tee Times may only be reserved online for all customer classes.
• The Advanced Tee Time Fee will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation and is non-refundable.

Can I play 9-holes?

Yes! You may play 9-holes at any time of the day. Our rates include up to 18 holes with cart and practice facilities, so the best time and value to play 9 is later in the day when the rates are lower. There are no discounts for playing less than 18 holes. Rain checks, credits or refunds will not be issued if you play less than 18 holes.

Junior Rates

Juniors (17 years of age and younger) will receive 25% off the standard (non-discounted) rates after 2pm daily. There are no junior discounts before 2pm. Junior Rates do not include a cart (must be 18+). 

No Show/Late Cancellation Policy

All no shows and late cancellations (inside 24 hours) will be charged in full.

Driving Range & Old 18th Hole Short Game Practice Area

Our driving range and short game practice facility are for members and paying guests. Customers not playing at Shaker Hills may use the range and practice facility for a $30 fee during off peak times (Monday-Friday). It is best to contact the golf shop prior to showing up to see if the practice facilities are available to nom-golfers at the time you wish to come out. A golf car is not included in this fee.

Spectators (Strict Policy)

We do not allow more than (4) people in a group (including spectators) at any time. Spectators are not guaranteed to get on the course. A spectator must not be on the tee sheet and can not exceed the group max of (4) people. If your group has one to three people, a spectator(s) may join your group at the rate of $50 per spectator. Anyone booked on the tee sheet in advance will pay the full public rate at that time. Members will receive half off the spectator rate under the same terms. It is unlikely spectators will find room to join a group during busy times; Mornings, Fri-Sun, etc. It is best to call the golf shop an hour or two prior your start time to see if there may be a chance of adding a spectator. A spectator will only be confirmed and may be paid for up to 30 minutes prior your start time. 

Multiple Groups

Groups that require three tee times or more are required to sign a contract and pay a deposit or in full at the time of booking.

Golf Carts

Customers must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart. Golf carts are limited to two per foursome. No single rider carts are allowed.
