Junior Rate

Juniors (17 years of age and younger) will pay the 9-Hole Rate after 2pm daily. If playing before 2pm, juniors pay the full 18-hole public rate.

Regular Tee Time Policy

• Tee times are accepted up to seven days in advance by calling (978) 772-3330 ext. 1 or by using our online reservation system.
• Tee Times may be booked online or by calling Shaker Hills Pro Shop at (978) 772-3330 ext. 1 
• Strict 24-hour cancelation policy. No shows will be charged.
• Online reservations require a credit card to hold the reservation. Players may check in and pay separately the day of. 
• Phone reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
• Dynamic Pricing Starts 5 Days Out. To avoid this, you may book 6-7 days out an receive the standrad rate.

Advance Tee Times

• Book up to 90 days in advance!
• Public tee times may be reserved 8 to 90 days in advance for the Advanced Tee Time Fee of $30 per player.
• Shaker Pass customers may be reserved 9 to 90 days in advance for the Advanced Tee Time Fee of $25 per player.
• Members may book beyond their normal booking privledges, up to 90 days in advance for the Advanced Tee Time Fee of $15 per player.
• Advance Tee Times may only be reserved online for all customer classes.
• The Advanced Tee Time Fee will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation and is non-refundable.

No Show Policy

All no shows will be charged. No refunds or rain checks.

Driving Range & Old 18th Hole Short Game Practice Area

Our driving range and short game practice facility are for members and paying guests. Customers not playing at Shaker Hills may use the range and practice facility for a $30 fee during off peak times. A golf car is not included in this fee.

Spectators (Strict Policy)

We do not allow more than (4) people in a group (including spectators) at any time. Spectators are not garenteed to get on the course. A spectator must not be on the tee sheet and can not exceed the group max of (4) people. If your group has one to three people, a spectator(s) may join your group at the rate of $50 per spectator. Anyone booked on the tee sheet in advance will pay the full public rate at that time. Members will receive half off the spectator rate under the same terms. It is unlikely spectators will find room to join a group during busy time; Mornings, Fri-Sun, etc. It is best to call the golf shop an hour or two prior your start time to see if there may be a chance of adding a spectator. A spectator will only be confirmed and may be paid for up to 30 minutes prior your start time. 

Multiple Groups

Groups that require three tee times or more may be required to sign a contract and pay a deposit or in full at the time of booking.

Golf Carts

Customers must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart. Golf carts are limited to two per foursome. No single rider carts are allowed.
